Its acidic pI (5.6-6.7) and shorter IgG1 hinge suggest it approaches the A Alpha(2 to 9) sialic-acid backbone in a more electrostatically guided, compact orientation than Ab05121 [2016.3], one of our other anti-N. meningitidis group C capsular PS products.
