- This antibody recognizes human and mouse laminin-2 LG5 and LG4/5 domain. Laminin is a large extracellular heterotrimeric glycoprotein and a major constituent of the basement membrane. It is thought to mediate the attachment, migration and organization of cells into tissues during embryonic development by interacting with other extracellular matrix components.
