- Specificity:
- This antibody binds mouse XCR1, which is a receptor for chemokines SCYC1 and SCYC2 and expressed on 80% of CD8+ the dendritic cells. It transduces a signal by increasing the intracellular calcium ions level. This antibody is also reported to cross-reacts with rat CXR1.
