- This antibody binds human IL-2. In particular, the antibody binds IL-2 dorsolaterally, with an angle of 55° counterclockwise to the vertical axis, contacting the C- and B-helices of IL-2 and thereby forming a "clamp" around the C-helix. The antibody engages IL-2 residues D84, N88, V91, E61, E68, and K64.
