- Specificity:
- This antibody is specific for cortactin in both birds and mammals. It recognizes 80 kDa and 85 kDa Cortactin in avian cells, and also recognizes 80 kDa protein in rodent and human cells. Cortactin contributes to the organization of the actin cytoskeleton and cell shape.
