It specifically recognizes the antigenic domain E of the virus comprising amino acids 413, 418 and 420 (PMID: 29703495). This antibody is also capable of recognizing and neutralizing the virus bearing N417S mutation associated with a glycosylation shift from Asn-417 to Asn-415 that enables HCV
