- This antibody is specific for amino acids 53-245 of human FGF13a. Cross-reacts with FGF13a and FGF13b does not cross-react with FGF11, FGF12 or FGF14 expressed in heterologous cells. FGF13a is a microtubule-binding protein which directly binds tubulin and is involved in both polymerization and stabilization of microtubules.
