- This antibody binds the MUC1, a tumor associated antigen expressed on many breast cancer cells. This antibody does not show reactivity towards fibroblasts, lymphoblastoid cells, and a large number of epithelial cell lines of non-breast origin. This antibody recognizes the 'PDTR' epitope of mucin.
