- 1B3 antibody recognises digoxin and digitoxin with an excellent binding affinity of Kd = 3 and 0.6 nM, respectively. Digoxin and digitoxin are both cardiac glycosides used widely in cardiology to treat various heart conditions, such as heart failure.
