- 2D73 reacts with residues 309-319 (DKEMAETQHGT) within domain III of the DENV envelope protein, shown crystallographically (Li et al, unpublished). Although raised against DENV-3 EDIII, 2D72 cross-reacts with EDIII from all four DENV serotypes. 2D73 does not react with other DENV-related flaviviruses, such as WNV, YFV and JEV.
