- This antibody binds murine and rat CD90. While CD90 is a monomorphic determinant in rats, CD90 is polymorphic in mice. As a result, this antibody reacts with Thy1.1-expressing mice, including AKR and FVB mice, but not Thy1.2-expressing mice, such as CBA and BALB/c.
