- 11D8 binds to both native and denatured human butyrylcholinesterase (HuBChE) with KD ~0.26 nM (determined by ELISA - 0.9 nM by SPR). Binding of 11D8 excludes binding of mAb B2 18-5, suggesting tht that bind to the same/similar epitope on huBChE.
