The M2 isoenzyme of pyruvate kinase is specifically expressed at high levels in tumor cells; and can be measured in plasma of patients with advanced breast cancer. The marker is useful for measuring disease activity; sensitivity to chemotherapy and recurrence.PKM2 Mouse Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 554 amino acids (1-531 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 60.2kDa. PKM2 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
