Prss22 encodes to a serine protease which called BSSP-4 or BSP-2.PRSS22 Mouse Recombinant produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single; glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 283 amino acids (33-307) and having a molecular mass of 31.1kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 28-40kDa).PRSS22 is fused to 8 amino acid His-Tag at C-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
