POGLUT1 positively regulates Notch signaling without affecting Notch ligand binding.POGLUT1 Human Recombinant produced in in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 377 amino acids (24-392a.a) and having a molecular mass of 44.5kDa (Migrates at 40-57kDa on SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions). POGLUT1 is fused to a 8 amino acid His-tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
