At high concentrations of pyruvate; the enzyme exhibits feedback inhibition and the rate of conversion of pyruvate to lactate is decreased. In vertebrates; genes for three different subunits (LDH-A; LDH-B and LDH-C) exist.LDHB Mouse Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 357 amino acids (1-334 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 39kDa.LDHB is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
