KLK11 cleaves synthetic peptides after arginine but not lysine residues.KLK11 produced in Sf9 Insect cells is a single; glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 241 amino acids (19-250a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 26.7 kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 28-40kDa).KLK11 is expressed with a 9 amino acid His tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
