GZMB is related to an activation cascade of caspases responsible for apoptosis execution. GZMB cuts caspase-3; -7; -9 and 10 to activate enzymes mediating apoptosis.GZMB Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 248 amino acids (21-247 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 27.8kDa.GZMB is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
