GPT2 expressed mainly in muscle; fat and kidney and participates in the intermediary metabolism of glucose and amino acids.GPT2 Mouse Recombinant produced in E. coli is a single polypeptide chain containing 522 amino acids (1-522) and having a molecular mass of 60.1 kDa. Mouse GPT2 is fused to a 21 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
