- Source: Escherichia Coli.Sterile Filtered colorless solution.GDA is a member of the ATZ/TRZ family and is in charge for the hydrolytic deamination of guanine. GDA takes part in microtubule assembly. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for GDA.GDA Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 454amino acids (1-454 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 51kDa. GDA is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
