CTSB is able to degrade several extracellular matrix components at both neutral and acidic pH and has been implicated in the progression of some human and rodent tumors progression and arthritis.CTSB Mouse Recombinant produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single; glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 330 amino acids (18-339a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 36.4kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 28-40kDa).
