The gene that codes for this protein is located on chromosome 9 in humans. The Exodus-2 is binding to the CCR7 receptor; which is a chemokine receptor located to the cell’s surface.Exodus-2 Mouse Recombinant produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single; glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 119 amino acids (24-133aa) and having a molecular mass of 13.1kDa.Exodus-2 is fused to a 9 amino acid His tag at C-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
