Furthermore; TNFRSF10C is not capable of inducing apoptosis; and is considered to act as an antagonistic receptor which protects cells from TRAIL-induced apoptosis.TNFRSF10C Human Recombinant produced in E. coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 234 amino acids (26-236 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 24.6 kDa.TNFRSF10C is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
