- Extra Details:
- Source: Sf9; Baculovirus cells.Sterile Filtered colorless solution.Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 8 (TNFRSF8) is a receptor for TNFSF8/CD30L. TNFRSF8 has a role in the regulation of cellular growth and transformation of activated lymphoblasts. In addition; the TNFRSF8 protein regulates gene expression via activation of NF-kappa-B. TNFRSF8 being a regulator of apoptosis; induces cell death or proliferation; depending on the cell type.TNFRSF8 produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single; glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 613 amino acids (19-379 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 66.7kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 25-100kDa). TNFRSF8 is expressed with a 252 amino acid hIgG-His-tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
