It binds to receptor vegfr-1/flt1. PLGF-2 binds neuropilin-1 and 2 in a dependent way.Placental Growth Factor-2 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a non-glycosylated; disulfide-linked homodimer consisting of 2x152 amino acid polypeptide chains; having a total molecular mass of approximately 34.6kDa. PLGF2 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
