Nrp1 binds vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)-A and is believed to serve as a coreceptor for kinase insert domain-containing receptor (KDR) by connecting with KDR and enhancing VEGF signaling. Nrp1 is a marker of regulatory T cells.NRP1 Rat Recombinant produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single; glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 842 amino acids (22-855 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 94.8kDa (Migrates at 100-150kDa on SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions).NRP1 is expressed with an 8 amino acid His tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
