The expression of IL2in mature thymocytes is monoallelic; which represents an unusual regulatory mode for controlling the exact expression of a single gene.Interleukin-2 Canine Recombinant produced in E. coli is a non-glycosylated monomer chain containing 136 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 15.6kDa. IL-2 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
