Recombinant Human HAVCR2 produced in E. coli is a single polypeptide chain containing 206 amino acids (aa 22-202) and having a molecular mass of 22.7kDa.HAVCR2 is fused to a 25 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Hepatitis A Virus Cellular Receptor 2 (HAVCR2) is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily. HACVR2 controls macrophage activation. HACVR2 inhibits T-helper type 1 lymphocyte (Th1)-mediated auto- and alloimmune responses and stimulates immunological tolerance.
