The HSPBAP1 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. HSPBAP1 holds a jumonji C (JMJC) domain. HSPBAP1 protein has a part in regulating stress response in the living cell. HSPBAP1 is known to interact with CRYAB and HSPB1.
