ZNHIT3 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 178 amino acids (1-155) and having a molecular mass of 20 kDa.ZNHIT3 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Zinc Finger HIT-Type Containing 3 (ZNHIT3) which contains one HIT-type zinc finger; requires the presence of thyroid hormone for its interaction. Thyroid receptor interacting proteins particularly interact with the ligand binding domain of the thyroid receptor (TR).
