- Source : Escherichia Coli. VAMP1 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 111 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 11.9 kDa. Synaptobrevin 1(Vehicle-associated membrane; VAMP1) is one of the key proteins in the SNARE complex which is involved in regulated exocytosis. Synaptobrevin1 binds to t-SNAREs; syntaxin (STX) and SNAP25; after the fusion of synaptic vesicles to plasma membrane.
