UQCRH Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 101 amino acids (14-91 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 11.6kDa.UQCRH is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Ubiquinol-Cytochrome C Reductase Hinge Protein (UQCRH) is a member of the UQCRH/QCR6 family. UQCRH is a component of the ubiquinol-cytochrome c reductase complex (complex III or cytochrome b-c1 complex); which is part of the mitochondrial respiratory chain. The UQCRH protein mediates formation of the complex between cytochromes c and c1.
