TXNDC12 Human Recombinant produced in E. coli is a single polypeptide chain containing 184 amino acids (27-172) and having a molecular mass of 20.8 kDa.TXNDC12 is fused to a 38 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. TXNDC12 is a member of the thioredoxin super family. This Family members have a thioredoxin fold with a consensus active-site sequence (CxxC) and take part in redox regulation; protection against oxidative stress; refolding of disulfide-containing proteins; and regulation of transcription factors.
