- Source : Escherichia Coli. TSR2 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 213 amino acids (1-190 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 23.2kDa. TSR2 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. TSR2 is part of the TSR2 family. TSR2 is involved in 20S pre-rRNA processing. Among the diseases which are associated with TSR2 are blepharospasm and diamond-blackfan anemia.
