TINAGL1 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 469 amino acids (22-467) and having a molecular mass of 52.5 kDa.TINAGL1 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Tubulointerstitial Nephritis Antigen Like 1 also known as TINAGL1 is similar in sequence to tubulointerstitial nephritis antigen; a secreted glycoprotein which is identified by antibodies in several types of immune-related tubulointerstitial nephritis. Three transcript variants encoding different isoforms are known for TINAGL1.
