TBPL1 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 209 amino acids (1-186 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 23.3kDa.TBPL1 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. TBP-Like 1 (TBPL1) is a member of the TBP family. The TATA box-binding protein (TBP) is an indispensable component of the basal transcriptional machinery. TBPL1 is crucial for spermiogenesis and supposed to be significant in expression of developmentally regulated genes.
