STX11 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 311 amino acids (1-287 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 35.8kDa.STX11 is fused to a 24 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Syntaxin-11 (STX11) belongs to the t-SNARE family. Syntaxin-11 regulates protein transport between late endosomes and the trans-Golgi network. STX11 interacts with the SNARE proteins SNAP-23 and VAMP. STX11 gene mutations are linked with familial hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis.
