STMN3 Recombinant Human produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 163 amino acids (39-180 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 18.9 kDa. The STMN3 is fused to a 21 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. STMN3 is a neuronal specific protein which belongs to the stathmin/oncoprotein 18 family of microtubule-destabilizing phosphoproteins. It is similar to the SCG10 protein and is involved in signal transduction and regulation of microtubule dynamics.
