STAC Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 425 amino acids (1-402 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 46.9kDa.STAC is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. SH3 and Cysteine Rich Domain; which is also known as STAC; holds one phorbol-ester/DAG-type zinc finger and one SH3 domain. STAC takes part in a neuron-specific signal transduction.
