Src-Like-Adaptor 2; also known as SLA2; is a part of the SLAP family of adapter proteins. SLA2 acts as a significant receptor-proximal in downregulating T and B cell-mediated responses and inhibits antigen receptor-induced calcium mobilization. SLA2 interacts with Cas-Br-M (murine) ecotropic retroviral transforming sequence c.
