RRAS Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated; polypeptide chain containing 235 amino acids (1-215 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 25.3 kDa. RRAS protein is fused to a 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by standard chromatography. RRAS belongs to the Ras family which functions in signal transduction pathways. RRAS interacts with RASSF5; NCK1; Bcl-2; ARAF and RALGDS. RRAS binds GTP and GDP; and it has intrinsic GTPase activity. RRAS regulates the organization of the actin cytoskeleton
