RPS7 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 218 amino acids (1-194 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 24.7kDa.RPS7 is fused to a 24 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. RPS7 is a member of the S3P family of ribosomal proteins and is situated in the cytoplasm. RPS7 takes part in ribosomal stress; connecting ribosome biogenesis to cell death or cell cycle arrest. In addition; RPS7 cooperates with MDM2 and negatively regulate the MDM2-mediated degradation of p53.
