RPL5 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 320 amino acids (1-297 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 36.8kDa.RPL5 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Ribosomal Protein L5; also known as RPL5 is a part of the ribosomal protein L18P family. RPL5 which binds 5S RNA is necessary for rRNA maturation and structure of the 60S ribosomal subunits.
