RAB18 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 221 amino acids (1-206) and having a molecular mass of 24.5 kDa.RAB18 is fused to a 15 amino acid T7-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. RAB18 belongs to a family of Ras-related small GTPase which is lipid-anchored to the cytoplasmic side of the cell membrane. RAB18 takes part in apical recycling; endocytosis and protein transport between early endosomes and the plasma membrane.
