- Source : Escherichia Coli. Cys-Protein G Recombinant produced in E.Coli; is a single non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 201 amino acids and having a cys on N-terminal. Cys-Protein G has a predicted molecular mass of approximately 21.9kDa but it migrates with an apparent molecular mass of 40kDa in SDS-PAGE. The Cys-Protein G is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
