NOP16 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 201 amino acids (1-178 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 23.6kDa.NOP16 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. The NOP16 protein is transcriptionally regulated by c-Myc and upregulated in breast cancer. NOP16 overexpression is linked with poor patient survival.
