MYL12A Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 195 amino acids (1-171 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 22.4kDa.MYL12A is fused to a 24 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Myosin regulatory light chain 12A (MYL12A) has a vital role in regulation of both smooth muscle and nonmuscle cell contractile activity via its phosphorylation. The MYL12A protein is involved in cytokinesis; receptor capping; and cell locomotion.
