- Source : Escherichia Coli. MUCL1 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 93 amino acids (21-90 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 9.3kDa. MUCL1 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Mucin-Like 1; also known as MUCL1 takes a part as a marker for the diagnosis of metastatic breast cancer. MUCL1 is expressed in mammary; salivary glands as well as in prostate.
