MRPS25 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 196 amino acids (1-173) and having a molecular mass of 22.5kDa.MRPS25 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. MRPS25; a 28S subunit protein; is a member of the ribosomal protein S5P family. An equivalent pseudogene is located on chromosome 4.
