- Source : Escherichia Coli. MEIS3 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 381 amino acids (1-358 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 41.4kDa. MEIS3 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Meis Homeobox 3; also known as MEIS3 is a member of the TALE/MEIS homeobox family. MEIS3 contains 1 homeobox DNA-binding domain. In addition; MEIS3 is over expressed in the Brain - Amygdala ; Uterus ; Brain - Anterior cingulate cortex and Brain - Cortex.
